From the very first year in business, my chair was full. Not just booked, but fully booked. Waitlisted. And in fifteen years, that never changed.
Hairsalon Cherie was voted the best salon on the island for eight consecutive years.
But while the outside world saw success, I saw something else.
The talent was there. The training wasn’t.
